Customer Service Agent - Quebec

Our client is an expert that designs, builds and markets residential heating system. This canadian compagny is present all over the world. Our client is looking for a person who will follow up and satisfy the clients assigned to him / her.

Your role :

• Respond to customer inquiries (emails and calls), such as delivery date, price and availability of products;
• Work closely with the sales department;
• Promote and train clients on the availability and operation of available IT tools;
• Monitor compliance with trade agreements;
• Participate in the continuous improvement group.

Your profile :

• Office / SAP Suite (ATOUT).
